ORDERING & SHIPPING
We welcome USA and overseas orders. We ship to street addresses, P O Boxes and APO / FPO addresses. Purchases can be made in our secured site without registration. All prices are in US dollars.
We confirm each order by sending Order Confirmation e-mail to customers. Unless otherwise specified, regular orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business days upon order confirmation. Customers will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay in making the item against the order. Certain colors and sizes of our fur items are subject to seasonal availability.
SHIPPING FEE: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail to the USA destinations at a flat-rate shipping/handling charge of $5.5 or $22 per order respectively. We may use the corresponding service of UPS in shipping fur garments.
We can provide free standard gift wrap and/or a customized message to your order on most items upon request. You can enter your gift wrapping and messaging instructions at Checkout.
All credit card payments are subject to billing address verification. Unless the shipping destination has been registered as an alternate ship-to address with issuing bank, shipment of fur garments and certain accessories to an address different from the credit card billing address requires a signed authorization, copy of photo ID and/or credit card statement to be faxed to 1-323-679-0368.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Overseas orders are shipped via Global Express Mail or Global Priority
Mail at a flat-rate shipping/handling charge of $60 per order for
garments and $30 per order for other items. Canadian customers pay $40 and $25 respectively. However, we are unable to offer any advice on applicable importing customs regulations, import duties and taxes.
OUT-OF-STATE & OVERSEAS SHIPMENT:
No sales tax is charged to orders with shipment destinations
outside the New York State.
NEW YORK SALES TAX
Sales tax is calculated on orders shipped to destinations within the
New York State.
Shipment & Tracking:
We send Shipping Advice e-mail to customers with tracking number the same day when the order is shipped.
