RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is always our first priority. We only sell new fur products with a low sales return rate. We use better fur and choose quality pieces for our customers.
Except items for final sale, we accept credit, exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 7 days after delivery to your address and the merchandise is in its original state of condition.
Most items of fur accessories are not subject to re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please e-mail us to obtain Return Authorization Number by quoting the order confirmation number. The Return Authorization Number (RAN) should be clearly marked on outside of your return package.

As per customary practice in fur industry, custom and remodel orders are final sale and not subject to return. Custom order is an order a fur garment, shearling or a major accessory item made to your specifications. We will work with you to provide you the best fit.
