OUR FUR SERVICES
We provide the following fur services to all customers across USA:
• Repairs/Alterations
Our repair/alteration services include repairing rips and tears, open
seams, lining, fur hem, cuff edges, pelts; shortening hem, adjusting
body, sleeves, armholes, shoulders etc. Minor repairs such as fixing
loose buttons and fastening hooks and rings are available to our repair
customers at no extra charge.
• Cleaning/Glazing
Shearling, fur lined and fur trimmed outerwear are cleaned and glazed
in our in-house cleaning facility. Minor repairs are free to our cleaning
customers.
• Remodels/Restyles
Our remodel/restyle services include putting new cuffs and collars;
shearing old furs for conversion into fur lined outerwear; or converting
an old coat into jacket or vest; custom tailored new stylish look etc.

you with highly reliable quality of fur services
by our expert furriers and finishers.
Shipping Your Garment To Us
Pack in a strong shipping
box. Do not write 'furs' on the outside of the
box. Shipping through a mailing service company
saves your packing and shipping effort.
Seal with strong tape. Put return address on outside of box.
Complete, print and sign the Fur
Services Form for each garment and put it inside the shipping box. Keep a
photocopy for your record. This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later
(download
and install).

The floor number must be on the box.

We recommend that you should have insurance on your garment through your homeowner's
policy, tenant insurance policy or other appropriate policy to cover its replacement
value. It should also cover shipment in transit and whilst at our location. Our
Furrier's Limit of liability is $100 per garment for loss or damage to your garment.
Service Order and Charges
About the same time as your shipment,
you are advised to submit your service order in our secured site
by ordering your selected service items under Fur Service Charges in
our Shop pages.
The ordering and payment procedure is like ordering other items and
you will receive an e-mailed order confirmation with our order number.
Upon receiving your fur garment, our expert furriers will examine it.
We will advise you by phone or e-mail any additional work needs to be
done with prices and estimated time of completion. An additional service
order will then be prepared in our secured site and emailed to you. We
will start our work after you agree
to it.
We will give you an estimate on major repairs and remodeling. We request
your written authorization for such order.
Normal cleaning and repair takes 1-2 weeks to finish. Remodeling work
may take up to one month. You may request us to e-mail you the picture
of the remodel garment before its completion.
We charge a shipping fee of $5.50 per garment. If you do not authorize
any work, there will be a $15 shipping fee. No New York State sales
tax will be charged for all our fur services.

Back to You
We will ship the garment back to you upon work completion.
As we ship via UPS ground, you should allow a week for shipping if
you live outside of New York and its neighboring states. You may request
expedited shipment and/or insurance at a charge.
